I grew up in a town of 650 people in Eastern Washington and moved to Gig Harbor in 1986. I have loved Gig Harbor from the first moment I saw it and am very proud to call it home.
Due to my husband’s job, my family and I lived in Japan and Chile for a number of years and when we came back home, we all returned with a whole new appreciation for the beautiful region in which we live. If there is a more amazing place, I haven’t been there yet!
I worked at Nordstrom for years and that’s where I really learned about providing a high level of customer service. It’s my 20 years in customer service and a background in the mortgage lending industry that allows me to bring my real estate clients an insight to the entire buying and selling process from beginning to end that few agents can offer.
I first received my real estate license in 1984 and then had to earn it all over again when we returned home from over seas. I have since earned my CHMS designation (certified home marketing specialist) and have trained in and love the negotiation side of the transaction. I choose to work with Coldwell Banker Bain because they are an international company with vast resources that benefit my clients. They also operate with the same standards of excellence, honesty, and integrity as I do and are willing to back their claim up with a written guarantee. I am a Realtor® and as such I am held accountable to follow a Code of Ethics that assures proper training and conduct.
While an understanding of the current market trends, marketing strategies and negotiating skills are all extremely important, the most important aspect of my job is to care for my clients. I will listen to you and then help you accomplish your personal goals in real estate by providing you with a high level of personal service.
